So it still cracks me up that someone called my book, All I Could Bare: My Life in the Strip Clubs of Gay Washington, D.C.
, "not just your standard slut autobiography." But I just came across a review of a book in which I had an article (Prostitution: On Whores, Hustlers, and Johns
), and the reviewer calls me an "academic-turned-whore." I swear, I can't get no respect... : )
